Speaker:      Miriah Gillispie-Taylor, MD FAAP

Miriah Gillispie-Taylor, MD has disclosed she is a Researcher for Pfizer.  The relevant financial relationships noted for Dr. Gillispie-Taylor have been mitigated.

Dr. Miriah Taylor is a pediatric rheumatologist at Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital. Her medical training began at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV, and then she completed her pediatric residency training at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, before moving to Houston, TX, for fellowship at Baylor. Her clinical interests include juvenile arthritis, autoinflammatory syndromes, and transitioning adolescent patients to adult rheumatology. Additionally, she is very passionate about teaching and is invested in developing critical thinking skills in learners and learning tools for traditional and life-long learners. She currently serves as the course director for pediatric rheumatology at Texas Children’s Hospital.
