FACULTY:
Carla Lluberes, MD was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed her pediatric residency at the University Pediatric Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and joined UT Health San Antonio in 2023 to pursue fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. She is currently a third-year fellow and will return to Puerto Rico upon graduation to join the faculty at the island’s Level I Trauma Center.
