Welcome Message from Division Chief

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Division of General Internal Medicine. Our mission is to provide outstanding, compassionate, patient-centered care and to train the next generation of internists.

In our resident clinics and faculty practices, we treat a broad range of complex health issues in adults.  We strive to deliver comprehensive, high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with diverse backgrounds at many clinical sites across San Antonio, including the UT Primary Care Center practices, the Robert B. Green General Medicine Clinic, and the Audie Murphy VA Internal Medicine Clinic.

We are privileged to serve as teachers and mentors to our medical students and residents. Whatever career path they may choose, we aim to inspire them to be well-rounded, caring physicians. I invite you to learn more about our division and the outstanding faculty who form its core.
