2022 CNS Annual Meeting – Caitlyn Smith to Present Collection of Abstracts

Caitlyn Smith, a third-year medical student at the University of Missouri School of Medicine who is working under the mentorship of Department of Neurosurgery faculty member Dr. Fassil Mesfin, has had four digital abstracts accepted for presentation at the annual Congress of Neurological Surgeons meeting taking place from October 8-12.

Caitlyn’s abstract titles include: “Mutational Landscape of Pediatric Neuroblastoma Among the Asian Population,” “The Role of Race on Overall Survival Time in Patients with Glioblastoma Multiforme,” “A Comparison of Thoracolumbar Injury Classification in Spine Trauma Patients Among Neurosurgeons in Africa and North America,” and “Impact of Race on Molecular Landscape Among Patients with Glioblastoma Multiforme.”
