2023 Extraordinary Women in Medicine Award Dinner
Last Wednesday, the Bexar County Medical Society hosted a dinner honoring the winners of the 2023 Extraordinary Women in Medicine award.
From our department, three faculty members were selected: Paola Martinez, MD, Naomi Sayre, PhD, and Izabela Tarasiewicz, MD. Drs. Victoria Fischer and Pegah Ghamasaee also attended the event to celebrate our department’s winners and recognize their outstanding accomplishments.
