Laurence Rhines, MD, Visits Department of Neurosurgery
Last Friday, the Department of Neurosurgery hosted Laurence Rhines, MD, as a visiting professor and neuroscience grand rounds speaker.
Dr. Rhines met with our faculty and residents and gave his grand rounds presentation about the evaluation and management of primary spinal column tumors.
Department Chair John Floyd, MD, presented Dr. Rhines with a gift to express our gratitude for his visit: A set of spurs with a custom leather strap that says “UT Health San Antonio.”
Dr. Rhines and team members from our department also celebrated Dr. Floyd’s birthday that afternoon with cupcakes!
