2019 SECC

We are proud to report that the Department of Neurosurgery had an 82% overall participation rate at the end of the 2019 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC), the 2nd highest rate within the Long School of Medicine.

Our SECC coordinator, Joan Seyle, was selected to attend the citywide 2019 United Way Campaign Kick-Off Luncheon scheduled for October 24th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Joan will be there to represent UT Health and the Long School of Medicine. Congratulations, Joan! We thank you for your hard work and commitment to a great cause.

In related news, Lydia Boyd won a lovely spa basket after participating in a SECC campaign fundraising raffle. The basket was delivered by Imelda Solis from the office of Business Affairs. Thanks, Imelda!
