Edward R. Kost, MD

Dr. Kost received his baccalaureate in Biochemistry and Cell biology from the University of California in San Diego in 1983, and his M.D. from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD in 1989. Following residency training at Wilford Hall Medical Center, he completed both a research and a clinical fellowship in Gynecology-Oncology at the Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis.
Prior to joining UT Health San Antonio, Dr. Kost was the Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Kost is currently the Program Director of the Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship.
Kevin L. Hall, MD

Dr. Hall attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was awarded a B.S. in Chemistry/Engineering. He received his M.D. in 1983 from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Hall completed his residency training in 1987 and fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology in 1993 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Before joining the department, Dr. Hall completed a military career, achieving the rank of Colonel before his retirement in May 2003. His last assignment was at Brooke Army Medical Center where he held a number of posts, including Chief of Gynecologic Oncology and Vice Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hall is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Gynecologic Oncology.
He has one multiple teaching awards while and has been a Board Examiner for the The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology for over 15 years. Dr Hall was recently selected to be the first recipient of the John W. Boldt Endowed Chair for Gynecologic Surgery.
Georgia A. McCann, MD

Dr. McCann joined the faculty of the Health Science Center in July 2013. She received her B.S. in Biology at Boston University, graduating magna cum laude with distinction. She then earned her M.D. at Jefferson Medical College and was awarded membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. In 2010, she finished a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, then completed her fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
Her interests include the diagnosis and treatment of cervical, endometrial, ovarian, and vulvar cancers. Dr. McCann also has advanced training in robotic surgery and radical pelvic and reconstructive surgery for the treatment of gynecologic malignancies.
Yasmin A. Lyons, DO

Dr. Yasmin Lyons is an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at UT Health San Antonio. She specializes in the treatment of gynecologic cancers and complicated benign gynecologic conditions.
Dr. Lyons has advanced surgical training in laparoscopy and robotics as well as radical pelvic and upper abdominal surgery. She completed her fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and prior to that completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Houston Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Lyons was awarded a National Library of Medicine grant and spent two years performing ovarian cancer research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center prior to fellowship. She looks forward to caring for women with gynecologic cancers in the South Texas area.
Katrin Eurich, MD MPH

Dr. Eurich joined the faculty of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2025 as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Her expertise includes the diagnosis, treatment, and research of gynecologic cancers, including cervical, uterine, ovarian, and vulvar/vaginal cancers. She has advanced training in complex pelvic surgery, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, and radical pelvic and reconstructive procedures for the treatment of gynecologic malignancies. Dr. Eurich completed her residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle and her fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Her research interests include clinical trials, financial toxicity in cancer patients, and cost-effectiveness in cancer care delivery.
Rosemary Senguttuvan, MD

Dr. Senguttuvan is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2014, followed by her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She remained at UTMB to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2022.
She then pursued a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center, completing her subspecialty training in 2025.
Dr. Senguttuvan’s clinical practice focuses on the comprehensive care of patients with gynecologic cancers, combining advanced surgical techniques with individualized medical therapies. She has specialized training in the use of heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) during radical debulking surgery. Her research interests include developing novel targeted therapies for ovarian cancer and expanding access to clinical trials for women with gynecologic malignancies.
