Year 1

• UT Health San Antonio Inpatient and Outpatient Pediatric Endocrinology (9 months)
• Research (3 months)
• Pediatric Endocrinology Continuity Clinic (4 clinics per month)
• Pediatric Fellowship Didactics (1 week)
• Introduction to Clinical Research Course (2 weeks)
• Camp Independence ( 1 week)
• Weekly Pediatric Grand Rounds, Pediatric Endocrine Case
• Conferences, Adult Endocrine Grand Rounds, Adult Endocrine
• Case Conferences, and Diabetes Journal Club

Year 2 and 3

• Inpatient and Outpatient Pediatric Endocrinology (3 months per year minimum)
• Research (up to 9 months per year)
• Pediatric Endocrinology Continuity Clinic (4 clinics per month)
• Adult Endocrine Clinical Service (1 month)
• Professional development seminars (1 week per year)
• Border medicine and research elective in Brownsville Texas (1 month, optional)
• Camp Independence ( 1 week per year)
• Weekly Pediatric Grand Rounds, Pediatric Endocrine Case
• Conferences, Adult Endocrine Grand Rounds, Adult Endocrine
• Case Conferences, and Diabetes Journal Club
