Education

The Division of Nephrology offers rotations for pediatric residents and third year medical students. Students participate in the management of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Elective is available to fourth year medical students, including students from other medical schools, and for adult nephrology fellows and fellows from other departments. The elective duration is four weeks. Emphasis is placed on renal physiology, pathophysiology, diagnostic evaluation and management of general nephrology patients as well as dialysis and transplant patients.
