What is the training grant?
The training grant is an institutional Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (T32 CA 148724) from NIH/NCI to fund the Cancer Biology Training Program. The program supports highly motivated individuals for intensive research training in all aspects of cancer biology under the direction of an approved member of the faculty of this training program. The focus of the research may be basic, translational or clinical. All trainees will also participate in coursework, seminars, workshops, and/or lectures as specified by the program.
