Hospital Medicine Fellowship Application

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from an ACGME-accredited residency program
• Current, unrestricted medical license issued through the Texas Medical Board
• Board-certified or board-eligible through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)

Please be advised that we cannot accept applications on J-1 visas. Due to recent proclamations from the Office of the Governor, we are currently unable to offer H-1B sponsorship.

All applications must include the following:

    • Personal statement describing your educational goals and how you intend to use the fellowship to achieve those goals
    • 3 letters of recommendation including one from your residency Program Director
