Pediatric Child Abuse Fellowship

The UT San Antonio fellowship in Child Abuse Pediatrics (CAP) was established in 2006 and is a fully accredited ACGME fellowship. The Division of Child Abuse Pediatrics currently consists of 2 full-time Child Abuse Pediatricians (Drs. Kellogg and Spiller), a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (Ms. Annette Santos), a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Ms. Laura Lisa Cervantes), a Division Administrator (Ms. Stephanie McMillan), a Program Coordinator (Ms. Nicole Meyers) and a Project Coordinator (Ms. Amy Esquivel). This fellowship is a well-balanced experience in physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
