Forensic Psychiatry Evaluations

The University of Texas at San Antonio Psychiatry Department has many expert psychiatrists and forensic psychiatrists that can help with a variety of legal cases including CME’s for guardianship applications.

Should you need a forensic psychiatry evaluation please reach out to the group email (forensicpsychiatry@uthscsa.edu) and our Practice Supervisor (Jessica Garza, garzaj24@uthscsa.edu) for an updated fee schedule and to discuss availability for an examination.

The UT Health San Antonio Fee schedule for non-court appointed evaluations is available upon request.

Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Type of Case: (i.e. guardianship, testamentary capacity, competency to stand trial, etc.)
  • Client Details: (Name, DOB)
