Interventional Radiology (IR)- Independent Residency/Fellowship

The Independent Radiology Residency/Fellowship is a two-year ACGME accredited program (PGY6-PGY7) that takes place after completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency. It includes the components of IR residency, procedural and patient care experience, ICU, inpatient service, consult service, and outpatient clinic.

Our goal and objective are to provide you an opportunity to train with bright, enthusiastic colleagues in a friendly, supportive environment. To that end, we have assembled a team of experienced, talented, and dedicated faculty sub-specialists who not only enjoy their work but are committed to teaching and excellence in patient care. Our Radiology training programs are designed to obtain maximum benefit from the large volume of clinical material and broad range of pathology encountered at well-equipped hospitals and clinical environments affiliated with our program.

Combined with our focus on education, the many attractions and amenities of a large southwestern city, with year-round temperate climate, and you have the formula for a successful and enjoyable residency/fellowship experience. We hope that we have conveyed a sense of quality and convivial atmosphere that the Radiology department brings, and we look forward to receiving your application.
